I'm Ahmed Fayed, a software engineer and systems builder. I design, build, and ship software products, automations, CRM platforms, business systems, web apps, and the technical infrastructure that holds them together — end to end, from the first architecture decision to a system running in production.

What I care about is the whole path from a business idea to a working product. That means I sit where product thinking, engineering, and business operations meet: understanding what a company actually needs to run, modeling it correctly, and building something reliable that people use every day — not a demo.

My roots are in Laravel and PHP, and I work across the backend, frontend, and the systems layer. Modern products increasingly include AI — I know where it belongs, where it doesn't, and how to build it into products that actually work. It's one capability among several, never the whole story.

Most of my work spans the Gulf, Egypt, and Europe, with bilingual Arabic and English delivery — including full RTL interfaces and the market and compliance context that comes with building for both. I'm based in Giza, Egypt, working with founders and companies wherever they are.
