A single platform that runs an agency's entire operation — from leads and sales through project delivery and invoicing. Twelve integrated modules connect clients, projects, and tasks with proposals, contracts, and invoices, plus a support ticket system, internal messaging, a knowledge base, and financial reporting. Built for agencies juggling many clients and parallel projects who need full visibility over every detail.
An agency juggling many clients and parallel projects usually runs on a stack of disconnected tools — one for sales, another for delivery, another for invoicing, another for support. Visibility falls into the gaps between them, and no one can see the whole picture of a client relationship in one place.
I built a single platform that carries the full workflow end to end: lead to contract to project to invoice, with ticketing, internal messaging, a knowledge base, and financial reporting on top. Twelve modules share one data model, so a client, their projects, their invoices, and their tickets are all connected rather than copied between systems.
